RCD Components in Manchester, NH is seeking an Engineering Lab Technician to support development and testing of electronic components under the guidance of the Director of Quality Assurance.

The role emphasizes assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing components, reading blueprints, and documenting results while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure high-reliability products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
• Intermediate math skills for interpreting readings and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and test electronic components per instructions.
• Test components with standard equipment and document results.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Document data and maintain inventory records.
• Build prototypes from sketches or plans.
• Perform other duties as required by engineering staff.
