Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Beatbox Electrical Engineering Co-op in Danvers, MA, to join the Engineering team. The intern will assist in design, development, testing, and documentation of electronic hardware for medical, industrial, or commercial products.

You will work with experienced engineers on schematic design, PCB development, system integration, prototype testing, and troubleshooting, gaining hands-on experience across the hardware lifecycle.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electronics fundamentals.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar is preferred.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the design and evaluation of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Support PCB schematic capture, layout reviews, and component selection.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot hardware prototypes and engineering samples.
• Perform laboratory testing, data collection, and analysis.
• Assist with creating engineering documentation, test reports, BOMs, and design specifications.
• Support hardware verification, validation, and regulatory testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
• Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving activities.
