Job summary

Stratwolf Talent is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot sophisticated industrial machinery at customer sites nationwide. The position involves 75% travel and overtime opportunities, with responsibilities spanning installation, diagnostics, repairs, and customer training.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience, strong electronics troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong electronics troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including air travel.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic issues.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics to identify problems.
• Replace failed components and verify operation after repairs.
• Provide technical support to customers by phone and in the field.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete required service documentation and paperwork.
