Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician for a 06‑month contract in Ashaway, RI. The role focuses on testing, calibrating, and repairing electrical, fiber optic and mechanical components under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

The successful candidate will read engineering drawings and test procedures, assist engineers with set‑ups, calibration, and rework, and use test equipment to evaluate performance and reliability per procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires US Secret Clearance eligibility.
• Willing to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production mechanical, electronic, and fiber optic components and systems.
• Read instructions and drawings to determine test methods for electrical, fiber optic and mechanical components.
• Calibrate tasks with engineers and perform rework and quality testing per production needs.
• Collect and evaluate data to make on-line adjustments to products and equipment.
• Assist in developing methods to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Support engineers in conduction experiments.
