L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Technician B in Ashaway, RI. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and assembling mechanical, electronic and fiber optic components, with primary focus on electronics and telemetry systems.

You will read drawings and procedures to determine test methods for assemblies and subassemblies. Employees operate on a 9/80 schedule and may receive overtime according to business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses per instructions.
• Conducts functional and continuity tests using meters and oscilloscopes.
• Reads engineering drawings and test procedures to determine assembly methods.
• Performs rework and quality testing on production parts and subassemblies.
• Follows product test procedures and safety practices per quality system.
• Maintains collaboration with coworkers, suppliers, and customers to optimize solutions.
