Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2–4 years of general maintenance, facilities support, or related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate government or commercial vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and upkeep of buildings and work sites.
• Operate government or commercial vehicles to transport materials and personnel.
• Load, unload, and move materials to support maintenance and logistics tasks.
• Inspect work areas and identify safety issues; report findings.
