Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced product design and development environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production.
• Proven experience in building and managing teams of engineers with excellent communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and expand a team of electronics engineers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define and architect next-generation electronic systems.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electronic hardware from design to verification.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules aligning hardware development with program timelines.
• Drive design processes including specification, component selection, PCB design, and system integration.
• Lead hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and system validation.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new team members to support rapid growth.
• Provide expert support to production and operations for deployment of hardware.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
