Jobot is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager in California to lead a technically skilled team and drive the development of state-of-the-art electronic products from concept through production.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong expertise in analog/digital circuit design, schematics, PCB layout, and PCBA manufacturing, along with experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Salary is competitive with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading or managing an electronics engineering team.
• Strong technical background in analog and digital circuit design, schematics, PCB layout, and PCBA manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple engineering projects from development through production.
• Ability to review electronic designs and provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, project schedules, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the electronics engineering team.
• Oversee multiple product development projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Provide technical direction and review electronic designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, testing, and production releases.
• Partner with firmware, software, mechanical, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development and production readiness.
• Drive engineering processes, design validation, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to engineering leadership.
