We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician that is responsible for supporting start-up, documenting issues and resolution, and working with the software and process team to resolve issues found in start-up. This role builds, instruments, and tests prototype and limited-production vehicles, and serves as the senior technical escalation point for production start-up issues diagnosing electrical, communication, and software faults using CAN tools and driving root cause with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate pairs hands-on fabrication and test skill with strong CAN bus / electrical diagnostic depth, and is comfortable leading assessments, mentoring technicians, and owning process improvement across both the prototype and start-up/production floor environments. This role reports to a Production Supervisor within the Production organization.
