• Collaborate with Test Engineering to improve diagnostic efficiency and yield.
• Analyze failure trends and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching to technicians and new hires.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics of powered functional test failures at component and board levels.
• Verify testing and troubleshoot with industry-standard equipment.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering to support data-driven initiatives for improving diagnostic efficiency.
• Evaluate failure trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide structured coaching and mentorship to technicians, loaders, testers, and new hires.
• Deliver ongoing training on failure modes and testing updates to align with standards.
• Monitor diagnostic performance and identify skill gaps for retraining and development.
