Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Diagnostics Specialist in Wisconsin to maintain and improve the Diagnostic department’s proficiencies and efficiency. You will diagnose circuit boards to component level and work with various test tools to ensure high-quality repair and reliable troubleshooting.

The role requires frequent communication with customers and may involve travel to customer sites for complex diagnostic issues. You will collaborate with Test Engineering to evaluate data and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair circuit boards to component level with prior repair attempts.
• Proficient with electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Able to interpret schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, and testing procedures.
• Support Test Engineering with data evaluation to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Understand and follow Jabil production requirements, rules, and procedures.
• Frequent customer interface and travel to customer sites for advanced diagnostics.
• Assist with staffing and training of Diagnostic technicians.

Responsibilities
