Job summary

Jabil in Wisconsin is seeking an electronics technician responsible for in-circuit verification testing, diagnosing and repairing PCB assemblies in a manufacturing environment. You will use test equipment, interpret schematics and BOMs, and support the Test Engineering team to improve diagnostic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs, visuals, and testing procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair opens, shorts, and boundary scan failures to component level on electronic circuit board assemblies.
• Use electronic test and measurement equipment proficiently.
• Interpret assembly documentation including schematics, BOMs, visuals, and testing tools and procedures.
• Assist Test Engineering in data evaluation to improve diagnostic efficiency.
• Follow Jabil production rules, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet Diagnostic department yield goals.
• Adhere to safety, health, and company security policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
