Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline
• At least 4 years in purchasing or supply chain
• Experience with supply chain concepts and methodologies, preferably in manufacturing
• Ability to manage multiple, fluid priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to lead projects
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with goals
• Proven track record to deliver results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for strategic sourcing and commodity strategy management to support business partner goals
• Analyze commodity spend management opportunities and deploy strategic plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand initiatives and Supply Chain’s role
• Manage critical supplier agreements including new sources and renewals
• Negotiate high-level complex contracts and deliver results
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers to achieve desired results
• Research supply markets and commodity trends
• Collaborate with Procurement Managers to align and execute strategy
• Drive strategic sourcing and plans to achieve savings and performance targets
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce cost and total cost of ownership
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead teams to improve it
• Assess risk and align with stakeholders to manage supply continuity and risk
