Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in supply chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and methodologies in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned commodities.
• Manage supplier agreements including new sources and renewals.
• Negotiate terms and drive cost reductions and value improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement and business partners to align strategy.
• Analyze spend and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Coach and develop supplier performance and relationships.
