iNRCORE Group is hiring a Production Line Operator for its Gowanda, NY facility. You will build and refine small electronic components, hand-wind coils, and operate robotic winding equipment while inspecting and reworking parts to meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and following work orders, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Ability to operate winding equipment and perform hand or automated winding.
• Attention to detail and steady hands for small components.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing cell environment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil-winding machines to wind magnet-wire coils for resistors, inductors, and filters.
• Assemble, fit, fasten, and wind coils by hand or with automated machinery.
• Inspect components and rework as needed to meet specifications.
• Record production data and report issues to Supervisors or Managers.
• Maintain attendance, quality, and adherence to output targets.
