Job summary

iNRCORE Group is hiring an Assembler I at the Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. You will perform basic assembly of magnetic and electronic components, follow established procedures, and maintain quality output on a fast-paced line.

The job requires attention to detail, basic soldering, and prior production experience. 2nd shift Mon-Fri, 1:30 pm to 10 pm, with opportunities for growth and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic soldering experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble basic mechanical or electronic components using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly.
• Perform wire stripping, soldering, coil winding, potting, and labeling tasks.
• Inspect components with calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Record test results and report defects or equipment concerns.
