Gowanda Electronics Corp. in Gowanda, NY is seeking a Production Line Operator to build and refine small electronic components through hands-on craftsmanship and machinery.

You will hand-wind magnet-wire coils, assemble and inspect parts, and record production data while maintaining excellent attendance and high quality standards. This full-time on-site role offers steady work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating coil-winding machinery is desirable.
• The role requires reading work orders/blueprints and maintaining quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a cell or assembly line environment.
• Ability to load materials and adjust equipment as needed.
• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil-winding machines to wind magnet-wire coils used in resistors, inductors and filters.
• Assemble and wind components, either by hand or with automated equipment in a cell or individual station.
• Load materials onto machinery and verify correct coil forms and wire.
• Observe monitors and indicators to ensure proper machine operation.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain attention to quality and meet production output targets.
• May perform other duties as required by the company.
