Job summary

The role requires reading production drawings, working with wires and fine components, operating winding machines, soldering tools, and following IPC 610/620 guidelines.

Lean manufacturing and visual workplace skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Advanced understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Able to work with chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Performs and provides expertise with advance assembly work involving heavy/fine wires, fine lams, and complex assemblies inside shells/housing.
• Operates and maintains complex winding machines.
• Performs precision soldering utilizing a soldering iron.
• Performs complex gluing processes.
• Displays the highest level of quality standards.
• Other duties as required and/or assigned.
