Job summary

SLB is seeking an on-site assembler in West Valley City, Utah to join our manufacturing team. You will read work orders and production drawings, assemble electronic components, and perform operations such as crimping, screwing, riveting, and bonding to secure parts.

You will also test and inspect using electronic test equipment, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in assembly and testing of components or devices is preferred.
• Alternative: 6 months with progression/training completed may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, or systems following work orders and drawings.
• Perform operations such as crimping, screwing, riveting, bonding, or welding as required.
• Conduct testing and inspection using standard instruments to meet specs.
• Maintain logs and records; adhere to safety policies; this role is safety-sensitive.
• Read and interpret instructions and keep proper documentation up to date.
