Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in Utah. The role involves assembling components and subassemblies, reading work orders or drawings, and using hand and power tools to secure parts. You will perform testing and inspection to ensure parts meet specifications and maintain related records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Experience in assembly and testing of oil and gas service products or related fields.
• Alternatively, at least 6 months of company experience with relevant progression/training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems according to work orders, drawings or instructions.
• Read and follow production orders, drawings, or verbal instructions to perform duties.
• Perform operations to join parts (crimping, screwing, riveting, welding, soldering, etc.) using hand/power tools and equipment.
• Test and inspect parts using magnifying devices and measuring instruments to ensure specifications.
• Maintain records, logs, equipment, and supplies; follow safety guidelines.
