Job summary

Aerotek in Meridian, ID is seeking a Production Associate to operate and maintain highly automated electronics assembly equipment in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

You will read SOPs and blueprints, follow IPC standards, train teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting production goals. This contract-to-hire role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience reading SOPs, blueprints, and assembly documentation.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and electronics terminology.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated electronics assembly equipment including solder machines and depaneling equipment.
• Set up, load, adjust, and maintain equipment for quality production.
• Train team members in safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect components and verify placement accuracy before running assemblies.
• Follow assembly documentation and maintain revision control.
• Maintain 5S practices and clean, organized workspace.
• Suggest process improvements for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Complete IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 training and keep credentials current.
• Communicate production issues with supervisors and other departments.
