Job summary

Creation Technologies in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an entry-level Production Tech 1 (DL) to perform basic production tasks and support PCBA and box-build operations. Qualifications

• High School Degree, GED or military training with vocational focus.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Proficiency in basic electronics assembly and/or testing and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written English communication and collaboration.
• Problem solving, attention to detail, and capacity to learn quickly.
• Lean principles, Six Sigma awareness, and ergonomic considerations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic manufacturing equipment to specifications.
• Handle routine production tasks and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide basic daily/weekly maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Read and apply basic wiring diagrams and engineering instructions.
• Execute SOPs, ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with the production team and communicate technical information clearly.
• Assist with process improvement and documentation of manufacturing steps.
• Support testing activities and assist test engineering when needed.
