Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. is seeking an Electronics Assembler to build basic mechanical and PCB assemblies, read BOMs and drawings, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include operating SMT/PCB equipment, wiring cables, soldering, and assisting in ISO-compliant processes. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3–6 years’ related experience; IPC 610 knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years related experience or combination of education/training/experience.
• IPC J-STD 001 Modules 1-3 or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to operate computer/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build basic mechanical assemblies using hand tools and tooling.
• Read BOMs, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Quality check own and others’ work for workmanship and accuracy.
• Access ERP system for BOM, parts inventory, etc.
• Set up and operate SMT/PCB equipment and basic testing gear.
• Assemble and solder PCB assemblies; handle cable/wiring tasks.
• Trains others and adheres to safety and ISO standards.
