TDK-Lambda Americas Inc is seeking an Electronics Assembly worker to build basic electronic and electro-mechanical components, including PCBs, cables, subassemblies, or systems in power supplies production.

You will read BOMs, access the ERP system for BOM and inventory, assemble and solder boards, and perform quality checks to ensure workmanship and accuracy. IPC 610 criteria and safety are emphasized.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six years of related experience or a combination of education, training and experience.
• IPC J-STD 001 Modules 1-3 or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Ability to use internet and computer programs.
• Ability to add, subtract and multiply using standard measurements and currency.
• Willingness to learn and work with a world-class manufacturing team.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate and program SMT/PCB equipment (Screen Printer, CSI, Pick and Place, Wave Solder, Reflow, AOI).
• Prepare parts for thru-hole assembly and assemble/solder PCBs.
• Machine or maintain testing equipment and CNC machines with basic preventive maintenance.
• Create and maintain cable wiring boards and harnesses; crimping and soldering tasks.
• Keep accurate records in torque logs and ISO logs; process ECOs and deviations.
• Train others and maintain good housekeeping; adhere to safety and company policies.
