Qualifications

• Solder certifications to IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum) required or obtained within 30 days.
• 2+ years in electronics assembly, SMT/PnP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
• Operate voltmeters, scales, fixtures, and soldering equipment under a microscope.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and ESD protocols.
