Job summary

PCI Race Radios, based in Cypress, CA, is seeking a technician to handle electronics assembly and repairs while delivering outstanding customer support at headquarters, by phone, email, and at events. The role includes traveling to off-road races and UTV events across the Southwest US, with about 15 overnight trips per year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willing and able to travel overnight.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Helmet, Intercom and other electronics assembly and repairs.
• Provide outstanding customer support at Headquarters, over the phone, email and in person at events and races.
• Travel to off-road races and UTV events (approximately 15 overnight trips per year), providing technical support and education.
