Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn technical products.
• Experience with soldering and hand tools (drill, grinder, Dremel).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Willing and able to travel overnight, in and out of state.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair helmet, intercom and other electronics.
• Provide outstanding customer support at HQ, via phone, email and at events.
• Travel to off-road races and UTV events (≈15 overnight trips yearly) to support customers and teams.
