Job summary

Crystal Group seeks a 2nd Shift Assembler for Wire Harness to join our on-site team. You will assemble wiring systems per blueprints, perform QC checks, and work with engineering to improve processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and reliability in rugged environments.

Position is full-time, on-site, with benefits including medical, PTO, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, ESOP, and on-site gym. Evening shift runs Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must have a US person status as defined by the employer.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with wire harness assembly and QC processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks to maintain high standards and prevent defects.
