Qualifications

• Ability to read basic process instructions.

• Ability to read a ruler and other measuring tools.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components using hand tools.
• Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques.
• Identify and report defective materials.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
