Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hand-soldering focused assembler for 2nd/3rd shifts at our Littleton, CO facility. You will assemble electronic components and subassemblies, using hand tools and soldering irons, while following detailed drawings and process instructions.

The role requires 1–5 years of solder/complex assembly experience and meticulous adherence to quality standards. Competitive benefits include health/dental/vision, 10 holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-5 years of solder/complex assembly experience.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
• Use voltmeters, scales, fixtures, bench tools, and soldering equipment.
• Follow process engineers' instructions and read assembly drawings.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and comply with safety and ESD policies.
• Create NCMR (non-conforming material review) and perform root cause analysis when needed.
