Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a second-shift solder/assembly operator to perform hand-soldering and subassembly work on electronic components. The role emphasizes reading process instructions and following assembly drawings with attention to quality and safety standards.

The position requires 1–5 years of solder/complex assembly experience, basic soldering skills, and the ability to work under a stereo microscope. Training may be provided for different schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of solder/complex assembly experience preferred.
• Read, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Basic soldering skills and ability to work with fine-pitch components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into repetitive and non-complex units or subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
• May use voltmeters, scales, fixtures and soldering equipment.
• Assemble PC boards and read/process assembly instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with procedures.
• Create NCMR and perform root cause analysis as needed.
