Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to build, inspect, and rework high-reliability PCBAs and custom cable harnesses in a climate-controlled facility.

Role requires IPC credentials (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, IPC/WHMA-A-620) and 3+ years of hands-on electronic assembly experience. Soldering skills, microscope work, reading drawings, and adherence to ANSI/ESD S20.20 are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of electronic assembly and precision hand-soldering experience.
• IPC certification: J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Hand-solder SMT down to 0402 and THT components per J-STD-001 (Class 2/3).
• Perform microscope-level inspections against IPC-A-610 standards.
• Execute PCB rework, trace repairs, and engineering changes per IPC-7711/7721.
• Measure, strip, crimp, and terminate wire harnesses per IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Read schematics and BOMs while upholding ANSI/ESD S20.20 protocols.
