Job summary

Teletrix is seeking a Small Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Plum, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on hands-on assembly of PCBs, wiring harnesses, and finished products, with opportunities to learn testing procedures and manufacturing processes as you grow toward Senior Assembler.

We value reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently or with a small team. Full-time hours include 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional additional tasks and light manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to understand procedures.
• Some experience with electronic assembly or PCB assembly.
• Basic soldering experience or aptitude for learning soldering techniques.
• Ability to read basic electrical schematics.
• Ability to use common hand tools safely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Plum, PA facility.
• Reliable attendance and schedule reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic products and subassemblies according to procedures.
• Perform through-hole soldering and, as experience develops, surface-mount soldering.
• Assemble and solder wiring harnesses and other wire assemblies.
• Assemble PCBs and electronic components.
• Assemble completed products and mechanical/electrical components.
• Test electrical and functional performance of assemblies and finished products.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and test results.
• Learn products/processes from Senior Assembler and team.
• Assist with inventory, packaging, and shipping when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
