Electronic Assembler – $16/Hour – Houston, PA

Full-Time | 1st Shift | No Experience Required | Paid Training

Express Employment Professionals is hiringElectronic Assemblersfor a well-established manufacturing company in theHouston, PA area. This is a full-timeElectronic Assembler joboffering$16.00 per hour, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for long-term growth.

No previous electronics or manufacturing experience is required!The right candidates will receive hands‑on training and cross‑training in multiple areas, includingSMT Machine Operation and Burn Room operations, while building valuable skills in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.

Electronic Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components ontoprinted circuit boards (PCBs)using color‑coded assembly instructions
• Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross‑train in multiple manufacturing departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Electronic Assembler Qualifications

• No previous experience required – paid training provided
• Manufacturing, production, electronics, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to identify color‑coded components
• Ability to regularly lift up to50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background screening
