Job summary

Creation Technologies is hiring for a manufacturing assembler to join our team in Everett, WA. You will assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to MPIs, production drawings, and sample assemblies, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires reading and following complex instructions, soldering PTH and SMT components, and performing basic rework as needed. Strong manual dexterity and good English skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have good manual dexterity and clear English reading/speaking ability.
• Familiarity with calibrated tools used for assembly and measurement.
• Soldering skills for PTH and SMT components.
• Knowledge of rework techniques for PTH assemblies.
• Working knowledge of IPC A-610 specifications.
• Basic math and ability to read production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs, components, subassemblies per MPIs, drawings, or samples.
• Follow production schedules and quality goals.
• Adhere to ESD procedures and material handling guidelines.
• Understand and apply corporate policies and performance metrics.
• Perform complex assembly tasks with de-paneling, trimming, soldering, and cleaning per instructions.
