Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in assembly or electronics.
• Ability to read work instructions and production drawings.
• Experience with wiring, crimping, and hand assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and electro‑mechanical products, components, and subassemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and production documentation.
• Complete wiring, cable assembly, crimping, fastening, and basic hand assembly tasks.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, and production equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Support soldering, rework, and repair tasks as needed based on experience.
• Maintain accuracy while working with small parts, hardware, and electronic components.
• Document completed work and report any issues, defects, or missing materials.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily goals.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards.
