Job summary

Staffing Network is seeking an electronics assembler for our client in San Jose, CA. The role involves supporting both assembly and quality activities, performing pin insertion and related testing, and reporting any quality issues. The ideal candidate will read assembly specs, perform visual inspections, and handle repetitive tasks with good hand–eye coordination.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours per week with minimal overtime. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ months of experience in highly precise manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or a related environment preferred.
• Willingness and ability to perform both assembly and quality assurance responsibilities based on operational needs. Excellent attendance and promptness are essential, as well as good hand and eye coordination when working with small parts.
• Read and interpret assembly specification documents. Basic understanding of quality control and inspection processes.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Support both assembly and quality activities based on operational needs.


• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections as required. Perform pin insertion and related testing.


• Support inspection results and report any nonconforming materials or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Perform additional related tasks in the area that may be assigned knowledge/skills. Required by the Job Good manual: dexterity and ability to work with small and delicate components.


• Read and interpret assembly specification documents Basic understanding of quality control and inspection processes. Ability to perform visual inspections and basic quality checks according to established specifications
