Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an Electronic Warfare/Counter UAS Subject Matter Expert at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting USSOCOM with deep expertise in EW, ISR, and SIGINT programs.

The role requires a BS/MS, 12+ years of experience, and strong writing and contract-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and proposal tools, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RADAR and ECM, ISR/SIGINT, and F3EAD cycle.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Provides subject matter expertise in RADAR/ECM, design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced EW/SIGINT capabilities.
• Assists in aggregation and tracking of requirements, and reviews SOO/SOW/PWS; evaluates proposals for cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

Overview:

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Electronic Warfare/Counter UAS SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Responsibilities:

The Electronic Warfare/Counter UAS SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides subject matter expertise in Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle.
• Assists in aggregation, allocation, decomposition, and tracking of requirements in a Requirements Register and/or Requirements Correlation Matrix (RCM), generating and/or reviewing Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS), and evaluating proposals for compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) and programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

Required Qualifications:
