Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical seeks a Science and Technology SME to support USSOCOM, based at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will assist in development, acquisition, and integration of ISR systems and sensors while preparing SOOs, SOWs, APBs, and SAMPs as needed.

Active TS clearance, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and 12+ years of experience are required. Strong writing/editing skills and the ability to interpret complex government contracts are essential.

Job description

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Science and Technology SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Responsibilities:

The Science and Technology SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists in development, acquisition, and integration of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems and sensors.
• Assists in the preparation of new requirement documentation, Statements of Objectives (SOO) and Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB) and Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), and acquisition and contract strategies.
• Assists in preparation of and/or reviews specifications, identifies costs, resources (manpower, funding, and training), test and evaluation requirements and plans, and management of life cycle support (operations, maintenance, and replacement).

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to conducting intelligence analysis and threat assessment to inform leadership decisions and protect missions by reducing critical vulnerabilities in coordination with intelligence community.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
