Job Title: Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations SME

Overview:

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC

Responsibilities:

The Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the CP Breaching SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry - to develop new tools and technology in support of Heavy Breaching to counter weapons of mass destruction within the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
• Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualifications include a background in heavy explosive and mechanical breaching operations (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of breaching and entry techniques, tactics, & procedures.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
