Under general supervision , perform electrical functional testing, calibration, and verification of standard products, PCBAs, and systems in accordance with established procedures. Independently identify and document failures, elevate recurring issues to leads or engineering for trend analysis, and contribute to root cause investigations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention protocols. This is a mid-level technician role requiring solid proficiency in electronic symbol recognition, circuit design fundamentals, and hands-on troubleshooting of moderately complex systems. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training, along with 2+ years of experience in RF and digital testing environments using discrete test equipment and CAT (Computer Automated Test) systems.

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
