Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend applicable written and/or oral instructions.
• Must have experience with reading prints, sketches, electrical diagrams and schematics for control circuits.
• Must be trained or experienced in low voltage DC controls and general electrical circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and install electronic equipment including computers, A/V, x-ray, laser, fiber optic and more.
• Maintain plant-wide systems and a wide range of pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret prints and schematics for fabrication, installation, modification, and troubleshooting work.
• Ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations and DOE orders.
