Job Description:
The Electronic Technician III performs intermediate- and depot-level maintenance on complex electronic systems and subsystems supporting TADSS operations. Responsibilities include fault isolation, component-level troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair advanced electronics and computer-controlled subsystems
Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration
Record maintenance actions using DA 2408 forms and enter data in ISTS and/or Maximo
Support periodic inspections, updates, and scenario management
Comply with FTR and support PMCS travel if directed
Communicate effectively with government site leads, peers, and other representatives
Maintain accountability of CFE/GFE and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity policies
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in electronics maintenance or simulation systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair down to the component level
Familiarity with Army maintenance systems and documentation procedures
Must meet the classification criteria for CBA-covered Electronic Technician III
Security+ or related IT/cyber certification (not required for this TDL)
