Job summary

Wencor is seeking a driven Electronic Sub Assembler to join our Derby, KS production team. You will manually sub-assemble electronics, solder components onto PCBs, and follow detailed manufacturing docs to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, entering production data, inspecting parts, and operating PCB assembly equipment. Training is provided for soldering; leadership experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Soldering experience not required - will train.
• Must be able to read engineering blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Capable of self-inspection and using a microscope.
• Experience with PCBs and wiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solder components onto printed circuit boards via hand or machine method.
• Read manufacturing documentation and follow instructions.
• Enter information on production records and logs.
• Inspect parts for defects and repair defective units.
• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly tasks as needed.
• Operate and monitor automated machines and equipment.
