Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years electronics testing or related experience.
• Experience with IPC-610 standards.
• PCB testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Soldering experience with formal training and/or certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of circuit boards and electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Setup, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and assemblies.
• Test assemblies and finished systems to meet quality and performance standards.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to follow testing procedures.
• Perform rework and repairs on identified assemblies.
• Investigate field returns and help resolve complex testing issues.
• Prepare technical reports with results and corrective actions.
• Assist in selecting and configuring testing equipment.
• Collect and analyze process data to support continuous improvement.

• Maintain a 5S compliant workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Execute testing on assemblies and finished systems to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and diagrams to develop and follow testing procedures.
• Complete rework and repairs on assemblies and systems identified during testing.
• Investigate field returns and assist with resolving complex testing issues.
• Prepare technical reports documenting test results, findings, and recommended corrective actions.
• Assist in selecting and configuring specialized testing equipment.
• Collect and analyze process control data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following 5S principles.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of electronics testing or related experience

Experience with IPC-610 standards

PCB (Printed Circuit Board) testing and troubleshooting experience

Soldering experience with formal training and/or certification preferred

Strong understanding of circuit boards and electronic components
