Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support large-scale deployments and independently manage smaller installations. You will coordinate local engineering, sales, and technicians, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget alignment throughout project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and ownership, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP or fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil plans.
• Proficient with MS Office; scheduling tools experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Introductory training or certifications in Lenel, Axis, Software House or Verint encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with lifecycle tracking, schedules, materials, and risk reports.
• Take ownership of smaller security integration projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as liaison among i2G teams, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project folders, inventories, and updated red-line drawings.
• Assist engineers with programming security systems and drawings interpretation.
• Review basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Collaborate with sales/engineering to prepare proposals and change orders.
