i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support and grow in the technology security sector. The role involves coordinating local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and ready to take ownership of tasks to meet stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in electronic security, construction coordination, or technical support.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, or fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security blueprints and electrical/civil drawings.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; scheduling tools like MS Project, SimPro, Smartsheet is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and risk reports.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects, delivering on time and budget.
• Serve as liaison between i2G, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, redline drawings, and closeout packages.
• Support integration engineers as they program security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings, electrical and civil packages.
• Assist sales/engineering with proposals and change orders.
