Qualifications

• Master’s degree accredited by the American Library Association (ALA) or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional experience in libraries or related settings
• Experience managing electronic resources and access services
• Familiarity with COUNTER usage statistics and SUSHI protocol
• Experience with licensing and renewals of electronic resources
• Proficiency with library services platforms (e.g., Alma, Primo) and discovery tools

Responsibilities

• Manages the lifecycle of electronic resources from acquisition to renewal and cancellation
• Acts as primary electronic resource administrator for the Alma library services platform and Primo discovery service
• Oversees access services integration (e.g., LibKey, EZproxy) and guides troubleshooting
• Supervises up to two Library Support Specialists and coordinates projects
• Provides data, analysis, and reporting on usage, cost-per-use, and title overlap
