An established industry player is seeking an Electronic Records Business Analyst to join their records management team. This role involves implementing public records requirements within city technology solutions, ensuring compliance with state laws, and collaborating with IT to enhance processes. Electronic Records Business Analyst will work within the centralized public records division of the City Clerk’s Office. Specifically, this position will be part of the records management team and will assist in the implementation of public records requirements in city technology solutions, including the city’s enterprise content management system and processes organization wide.
This position will be part of a team committed to each other and connecting resources through transparent, innovative, and exceptional service. The Electronic Records Business Analyst will bring a technical expertise with a public records and business process-oriented mindset to conduct research, gather requirements, make recommendations, and support implementation of policies and procedures in alignment with information technology and public records policies and best practices.
