Job description

Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting project based in Seattle (Remote). This project involves a 2-decade-old application related to the procurement and sale of grey market goods. A recent discovery project evaluated migration options to ARIBA or other SaaS products, with the conclusion to pursue custom development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with the business to capture and document requirements.
2. RFP Creation: Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and prepare RFPs.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the process and requirements for subsequent phases.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience with procurement and selling of grey market goods (preferred).
2. Experience with discovery projects and evaluating migration paths for legacy applications.
3. Experience with SaaS migration, especially to platforms like Ariba (preferred).
4. Expertise in gathering business requirements, particularly for RFP creation.
5. Experience working with legacy applications and modernization challenges.
